CASUAL CLASSES

Casual classes are also available, please book online or call to discuss what class would suit you.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

Over 65’s receive a $10 discount when booking for a term.

Classes that are missed can be made up in another class during that term only.

Please make sure you are 5min early to class.

No mobile phones or iWatch’s to be on during class.

No shoes to be worn in the studios.

Towels or pillow cases to place over pillows and bolsters are to be brought to every class.

Mats to be cleaned after use (if yours is over the top then there is no need to clean).

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, EFT and through website.
