Testimonials
Working in a stressful environment I often found unwinding at the end of a busy day difficult. Yoga has taught me techniques which have benefitted my overall health and wellbeing. I find the breathing techniques are something i use at night or at times of stress. It’s important especially during a busy life to take time out for you and I find Yoga does the trick!

b.Yoga was a wonderful addition to our primary PE curriculum. The children thoroughly enjoyed listening to Heidi and were engaged when participating various yoga poses through story telling. Heidi adapted her practises to cater for specific age groups, while ensuring they were enriched with yoga routines and practises. Her positive attitude and gentle nature ensured students felt valued, calm and safe. Jayde Burden

The classes were a great introduction in to Yoga and something I would never have considered before. Both the b.Yoga teachers were informative and supportive. As a male who would never have considered joining a yoga class my perception has completely changed and a practice I would like to continue.

Over the past year Primary Care Connect have engaged b.Yoga to provide yoga on an individual and small group basis to clients of our refugee services. Many of our clientele struggle with poor mental health and chronic pain as a result of past torture and trauma. We have had much positive feedback from clients in relation to the benefits this yoga program is having on their lives from a reduction in stress and anxiety to helping to improve sleeping difficulties.

Heidi (b.Yoga) working with Education First Youth Foyer yoga classes was inspiring. The young people were enthralled by her enthusiasm and passion for educating them on wellness and the yoga practice. The best part was seeing a sudden relaxed attitude or posture in some of the young people who are experiencing homelessness. Heidi really made an impact on the many young people she worked with at the foyer. They won’t forget that.
