Yoga is a journey to inner happiness, peace, balance and calm. These things all reside within us - through our Yoga practice we can find this balance both on and off the mat.
Yoga strengthens and stretches our bodies, it teaches us how to connect with our breath, which in turn leads us to be mindful and present in our everyday activities.
Our mission at b.YOGA is to provide a safe and realistic class in a welcoming environment. We encourage students to accept and work at their own pace, supporting the individual's journey and self-transformation.
Our teaching style involves adapting to the needs of each individual, whilst encouraging positive self-acceptance and growth. We strive to have our students feel rejuvenated from their unique Yoga experience everytime they come.
